Mr. Rajan Jetley
Mr. Jetley is the Chairman of Jacob Ballas Capital India
Private Ltd. In 1987, he was selected at the age 37 to
head Air India, the Indian national carrier, as its
youngest CEO ever. During his tenure, Air India made a
remarkable turnaround from a loss-making organization to
becoming one of the most profitable airlines in the
world. Mr. Jetley has held various prominent positions
in his career, including Managing Director of India
Tourism Development Corporation (at the time, the
largest chain of hotels and travel agencies in India),
Chairman of the Centaur Group of Hotels, Board Member of
United Breweries Ltd., Consultant to Air Lanka Airlines
and currently serves as an independent director on the
board of Zee Telefilms (India's largest
vertically-integrated media and entertainment company).
He is also the promoter of Bistro Hospitality, a company
which is the master franchisee of TGI Friday's
restaurants in India (this business is managed by a
professional management team). Mr. Jetley holds a
Bachelor of Arts from St. Aloysius College of
Jabalpur and an MBA from Delhi University. |

Mr. Srinivas Chidambaram
Mr. Chidambaram is the Managing Director of Jacob
Ballas Capital India Pvt Ltd. and is responsible
for Fund investments, day to day operations of the
company and supervising the management team. Mr.
Chidambaram joined JBC in 2005. He has 21 years of
financial services and industry experience, including
13 years of private equity experience in India. From
2001 to 2003, Mr Chidambaram worked with HSBC Private
Equity (Asia) Ltd, Hong Kong, responsible for private
equity investments in India and South East Asia;
previously, he served with its affiliate in India for
six years, based in New Delhi. From October 2003 until
March 2005, he served with HCL Technologies Ltd, a
leading Indian IT services company, in the USA and in
India, responsible for financial institution
relationships and strategic alliances in the
investment banking technology and operations division.
Mr Chidambaram commenced his career with SRF Finance
Ltd. (since acquired by GE Capital) where he was
responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment
Banking, based in Bombay. Mr. Chidambaram holds a
Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of
Kerala and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Mr. John Y. Kim
Mr. Kim is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New York
Life Investment Management LLC, responsible for all New York
Life Investments divisions and subsidiaries, their continued
profitability and the strategic growth of the organization.
Mr. Kim is also a member of the Executive Management
Committee of New York Life Insurance Company. Mr. Kim has an
impressive 26-year track record as a highly successful
business executive with deep knowledge of the investment
management and retirement businesses. He was previously
President of Prudential Retirement where he led their
defined benefit, defined contribution and guaranteed
products businesses. Prior to joining Prudential, Mr. Kim
served as president of CIGNA Retirement and Investment
Services. He spent 17 years of his career with Aetna Life &
Casualty where he rose to the position of Chief Executive
Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Aeltus Investment
Management. He also served as Managing Director and head of
Fixed Income at Mitchell Hutchins Institutional Investors.
Mr. Kim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Series 6,
7, 24, and 26 designations, MBA from the University of
Connecticut and has a bachelor's degree from the University
of Michigan. |

Ms.
Yie-Hsin Hung
Ms. Yie-Hsin is a Senior Managing Director of New York
Life Investments and Head of Alternative Investments,
which includes New York Life Capital Partners and
Private Advisors LLC. In addition, she oversees New York
Life Investments' Corporate Communications group as well
as the firm's Marketing and Product Development efforts.
Ms Yie-Hsin joined New York Life Investments in 2010
with more than 20 years of investment management
industry experience. Her background includes roles as
senior advisor at Bridgewater Associates and as Managing
Director and head of M&A at Morgan Stanley Investment
Management. At Morgan Stanley, Ms. Yie-Hsin also
directed the absolute return strategies and business
development areas for Alternative Investments, and led
the Private Equity business. She served as co-Head of
the IT Strategy Group at Morgan Stanley's Investment
Banking Division, and was a Principal in the Real Estate
Investment Banking Unit. Ms. Yie-Hsin received her BS in
Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and
her MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Mr. David Ban Song Long
Mr. Ban is the Managing Director of Excelfin Pte Ltd, a privately-owned investment company. He is on the Board of NatSteel Ltd where he also sits on the audit committee and is the Chairman of the executive committee. He was formerly the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vickers Ballas Holdings Ltd, Singapore. His previous appointments include Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank New York, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Kuo Group of Companies in New York and Hong Kong, and Executive Director of Hotel Properties Ltd. |
